Terms of Service
INTRODUCTION
All coaching services, training programs, and workshops (collectively, the “Services”) are provided by Patience Executive Coaching, Consulting and Training and subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.
DEFINITIONS
Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy as well as any other documents provided to you by Patience Executive Coaching, Consulting and Training. “Services” means service as may be recommended on our website for coaching, consulting and trainings. “Client” or “You” means any person, team or organization that uses our Services. “Materials” means any documents, assessments, frameworks, presentations or other content provided as part of our Services. A “Workshop” is any form of training, seminar, or group learning session that is run by us.
SERVICES DESCRIPTION
Patience Executive Coaching, Consulting and Training provides Coaching, Leadership Development and Decision-making services including:
- Executive Coaching;
- Team Coaching;
- Career Transition and Outplacement Coaching;
- Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Coaching;
- Change Management Consulting;
- Training Programs and Workshops.
We provide our services in several formats, including:
- One-on-One Coaching
- Team Coaching
- Training Programs
- Remote/on-site or hybrid sessions
- Half-day/Full-day/Multi-session.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Consultation Calls
We offer initial consultation calls to explore your needs and assess if our services are a match. We may provide these consultations at no charge, at our discretion.
Booking Process
All services require prior booking on our website, email or directly. All bookings are subject to your availability & our confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other means of payment as indicated at the time of booking.
- In the case of coaching and consulting services, full payment is due prior to the date that a session is scheduled unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Business seminars and training programs: Full payment must be made at least 14 days before event unless we have agreed to the same in writing.
- All mentioned prices do not include any taxes which are applicable unless clearly stated otherwise.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Coaching sessions can be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, at no additional charge.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled coaching session will be charged in full.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled coaching session will incur the full fee.
For workshops & training programs
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will be fully refunded less a 10% administrative fee.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days before the event.
- Cancellations 15 days or less from the event are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed, subject to availability and additional fees.
Force Majeure & Emergencies
- Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis in cases of emergency or other unforeseen circumstances but must be substantiated with appropriate documentation.
- A full refund or option to attend on the next available date will be offered should the coach/trainer cancel a session/place at an event.
Refund Processing
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued within 7–14 business days.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the provision of services. This includes personal, business, or professional information that is disclosed during coaching sessions, workshops, and other engagements. This obligation continues even after the termination of this Agreement.
